01:05 PM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Revvity ( RVTY ) said Thursday it won a permanent injunction from the Massachusetts Superior Court to enforce its rights under an agreement with Cloud Software Group.

The court had previously issued a preliminary injunction in the case.

The permanent injunction will ensure "uninterrupted access to Spotfire software and support for Revvity ( RVTY ) and its customers, protecting operational continuity and service quality," Revvity ( RVTY ) said in a statement.

Revvity ( RVTY ) had sued Cloud Software for alleged unfair practices and contract breaches. In the suit, Revvity ( RVTY ), a medical equipment maker, alleged that Cloud Software was "interfering" with its customer relationships by directly contacting them.

Cloud Software Group did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
