Rexford Industrial Realty Approves $500 Million Share Buyback

04:57 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rexford Industrial Realty ( REXR ) said Tuesday its board approved a new $500 million share buyback program, replacing the previous $300 million program.

The company in July paid back its $100 million unsecured senior note with interest at 4.29%, it added.
