Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.59 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $241.8 million, up from $205.4 million a year ago. Analysts expected $242.8 million.

The company said it now expects full-year 2024 core FFO per diluted share of $2.33 to $2.35, compared with its previous guidance of between $2.32 and $2.34. Analysts expected $2.36.
