Reynolds Consumer Products' Q3 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Net Revenue Falls; Narrows 2024 Outlook

08:24 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Reynolds Consumer Products ( REYN ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.41 per diluted share, up from $0.37 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.42.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $910 million, down from $935 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $903 million.

For Q4, Reynolds said it expects adjusted earnings of $0.56 to $0.60 per share on revenue of $945 million to $985 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.58 per share on revenue of $977.1 million.

For 2024, the company said it now expects adjusted earnings of $1.66 to $1.70 per share, compared with the prior guidance of between $1.65 and $1.71. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.69.

Revenue for the year is now expected to be $3.62 billion to $3.66 billion, compared with its earlier estimate of between $3.59 billion and $3.67 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.64 billion.

Additionally, the company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.23 per common share, payable Nov. 29 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 15.
