The company said the financing represents one of the biggest placements in the AI commerce sector this year.

Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said it plans to use the proceeds for investments, potential mergers and acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) were down over 3% in recent premarket activity.
