11:05 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of GroupBy, a commerce search and product discovery platform.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company expects the acquisition will enhance its service offering in artificial intelligence-driven commerce, site search, and digital engagement, Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) added.

The deal was first announced in February.
