09:45 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said Wednesday it obtained a $30 million unsecured loan facility from European bank Berenberg.

Funds from the non-convertible loan will be used to support new market opportunities, improve product offerings, and back innovation projects, Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said.

The company's shares were falling past 6% in early trading.
