The company named Arthur Yao as chief operating and financial officer, expanding his role to include both global operations and finance.

Crispin Lowery was appointed chief revenue officer, while Roland Gossage assumed the role of chief growth officer, Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said.

Salman Ahmed was named chief scientist, the company added.

Shares of the company were down 4% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
