08:43 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rezolve Ai ( RZLV ) said Wednesday it has entered definitive agreements with two existing institutional investors for an oversubscribed private placement of about $200 million.

The company said it plans to use proceeds for accelerated investment into their sales organization, potential M&A opportunities, working capital and general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close around Thursday.

Shares of the company were up 1.8% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
