11:58 AM EDT, 04/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said Thursday that it remains committed to pursuing a business combination with Commerce.com ( CMRC ) even after the latter's rejection of its takeover offer.

Commerce.com ( CMRC ) said late Wednesday its board rejected Rezolve AI's ( RZLV ) revised unsolicited takeover proposal as it "significantly undervalues" the company and is not in shareholders' interest.

Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said it plans to communicating directly with Commerce.com ( CMRC ) shareholders regarding the combination.

Shares of Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) were down more than 7% around midday Thursday.
