Rezolve AI Signs Agreement to Sell $15 Million of Shares, Warrants

04:15 AM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) said late Thursday it agreed to sell 5 million shares and warrants in a registered offering, targeting gross proceeds of about $15 million.

The exercise price of warrants to purchase up to 5 million shares is $3 per share.

The offering will likely close on or about Dec. 23.
