11:11 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RF Capital Group ( GMPFF ) on Wednesday said it appointed Francis Baillargeon as Chief Financial Officer, effective Nov. 18.

Baillargeon was most recently CFO of FLO EV Charging. Before that, he was an executive in Corporate Development & Strategy at TD Bank (TD.TO).

"Francis is an entrepreneurial leader who possesses a deep understanding of the wealth management industry. He has a strong understanding of, and exposure to, risk management, investor relations, corporate development and M&A in a growth environment," Dave Kelly, chief executive of the wealth-management company, said in a release

The company's shares were last seen up $0.04 to $7.49 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
