07:29 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RH (RH) Chairman and Chief Executive Gary Friedman has purchased an additional 46,274 shares of RH for $10 million, the company said Thursday.

With the purchase, Friedman now owns 5,051,337 shares, or a 25.1%'s stake in the company, RH said.

RH shares rose 2.2% in premarket trading.
