07:08 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rhythm Pharmaceuticals ( RYTM ) said Thursday it priced an upsized public offering of 2,058,824 shares at $85 each to raise gross proceeds of about $175 million.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 308,823 shares at the same price, Rhythm said.

The offering is expected to close Friday, the company said.

Shares of Rhythm Pharmaceuticals ( RYTM ) were 1.1% lower in premarket trading.
