09:20 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ribbon Communications ( RBBN ) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Miguel Lopez is planning to retire in Q4 after 40 years in the tech industry, including four years at the company.

The company said it has hired an executive search firm to find a successor and will consider internal and external candidates.

Lopez is expected to remain with the company until a new CFO is hired.
