Sep 30, 2025 3:00 PM

05:22 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rice Acquisition Corp. 3, a blank check company backed by Rice Investment Group and Mercuria, priced its initial public offering of 30 million units at $10 each, the company said Tuesday.

The units will begin trading Oct. 1 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker KRSP.U.

Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-sixth of a redeemable warrant. Once separated, the Class A shares and warrants are expected to trade under KRSP and KRSP.W, respectively.

The IPO values the deal at $300 million, with an additional 4.5 million units available to underwriters through a 45-day option. The company plans to focus on targets in upstream oil and gas, power generation, energy infrastructure, and critical metals and minerals.

Barclays and Jefferies are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering, which is expected to close Oct. 2, subject to customary conditions.
