Rich Sparkle Shares Fall in Nasdaq Debut

11:29 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rich Sparkle Holdings (ANPA) shares fell in their Nasdaq debut on Tuesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million shares at $4 per share.

The stock was down more than 7% at $3.69 in recent trading after opening at $3.60.

The financial printing and corporate services firm in Hong Kong expects to use the net proceeds from the offering among others for expansion, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Price: 3.69, Change: -0.31, Percent Change: -7.75
