07:41 AM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Richards Packaging Income Fund (RPI-UN.TO), a provider of packaging services to small and medium-sized businesses, overnight Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $10.2 million, up from $8.9 million a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, was $108.8 million, up from $108.1 million a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA for Q4 was $16.6 million versus $13.8 million a year earlier.

The Fund reported a special cash distribution of $0.36 per unit for the unitholders and exchangeable shareholders of record at the close of business on March 18. The distribution is payable on March 26.
