Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.02.

Net sales for the three months ended Aug. 30 were $54.6 million, up from $53.7 million a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $51.5 million.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.06 per common share, payable Nov. 26 to stockholders of record Nov. 7.

Shares rose over 20% during after-hours activity.
