11:08 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Richardson Electronics ( RELL ) said Tuesday it signed two multi-million dollar production contracts for its ultracapacitor pitch energy modules and other related products with two wind farm owners and operators.

The company will provide the ULTRA3000 units to various wind farms across North America, with the orders expected to be shipped during 2025.

Richardson Electronics ( RELL ) shares were up 1.5% in recent trading.
