Richardson Electronics Signs Global Distribution Deal With Quantic; Shares Rise

11:33 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Richardson Electronics ( RELL ) said Tuesday it signed a global distribution agreement with Quantic Electronics for its capacitor technologies.

The deal covers Quantic's US-based capacitor businesses, namely Evans, Eulex, Paktron and UTC.

Quantic is a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Richardson Electronics ( RELL ) shares were up by nearly 3% in recent trading.
