10:54 AM EST, 11/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Richardson Electronics ( RELL ) and Navitas Semiconductor ( NVTS ) said Tuesday that they have expanded their distribution partnership for next-generation silicon carbide power semiconductors for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Richardson will continue to focus on Navitas' GeneSiC product line, expanding from North America into EMEA, the companies said.

Shares of Richardson Electronics ( RELL ) were up 1%, while Navitas was down more than 3% in recent trading.
