04:17 AM EDT, 04/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Richtech Robotics ( RR ) said late Thursday it has formed a joint venture with Zipphaus to launch a series of robot-operated cafes in hospitals, airports, colleges and universities.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The partnership, called Zipphaus Plus, will leverage Richtech's ADAM robot alongside Zipphaus' cafe management experience with an initial aim of establishing robot-operated flagship cafes at two locations.
