08:41 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rigetti Computing ( RGTI ) said Tuesday it has entered into agreements with two institutional investors to sell 50 million shares of common stock at $2 per share for gross proceeds of about $100 million in a direct offering.

Proceeds from the offering, expected to close Wednesday, would be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, supporting the company's technology development and quantum computing strategy without additional capital, the company said.
