09:26 AM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Riley Exploration Permian ( REPX ) said Wednesday it has amended its senior secured revolving credit facility, extending the maturity to December 2028 from April 2026.

The company also said it has increased the borrowing base to $400 million from $375 million.

As of Dec. 13, Riley Exploration said $117 million was drawn, and that $273 million remains available.
