09:49 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rimini Street ( RMNI ) said Wednesday that Keith Costello has been named chief operating officer and Alexander Guasch chief delivery officer.

Costello previously served as president of enterprise applications, technology, consulting and engineering services at DXC Technology ( DXC ) . Guasch has worked in in senior executive roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) , IBM ( IBM ) and elsewhere, the company said.

Rimini Street ( RMNI ) shares were 0.2% lower in early trading Wednesday.
