07:23 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ring Energy's ( REI ) Chief Financial Officer Travis T. Thomas has resigned, effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities, the company said late Friday.

The company said it has named Vice President of Accounting, Controller and Assistant Treasurer Rocky Kwon as interim CFO, while conducting a search for a permanent finance chief.

Ring Energy ( REI ) said Thomas' resignation did not stem from any disagreement with the company.
