Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $638.7 million, up from $608.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $635.6 million.

For Q4, the company expects non-GAAP EPS of $1.12 to $1.15 and revenue of $638 million to $646 million.

Analysts are looking for $1.13 and $648.1 million, respectively.

For the full year 2025, the company expects its EPS guidance to be in the range of $4.29 to $4.33.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $4.26.

Shares of RingCentral ( RNG ) were down 4% in after-hours trading.
