RingCentral Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise -- Shares Down After Hours

05:14 PM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RingCentral ( RNG ) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.98 per diluted share, up from $0.86 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.97.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $614.5 million, up from $571.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $612.4 million.

The company said it expects Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.93 to $0.97 from total revenue of 607 million to $612 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS $1 from sales of $627.2 million.

For 2025, RingCentral ( RNG ) expects non-GAAP EPS range of $4.13 to $4.27 and a revenue growth range of 4% to 6% compared with a year earlier. Analysts expect non-GAAP EPS of $4.21 from sales of $2.57 billion.

RingCentral ( RNG ) shares were down over 2% in after-hours activity.
