05:10 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rio Tinto (RIO) said Monday operations have resumed at its East Intercourse Island facility in Western Australia after a railcar dumper was flooded in January due to tropical cyclone Sean.
The company said dumper operation resumed last week and the first ship was loaded Monday.
Rio Tinto reiterated its 2025 iron ore shipment guidance from Australia's Pilbara region at 323 million tonnes to 338 million tonnes.
