Rio Tinto to buy Arcadium Lithium for $6.7 bln

Oct 9 (Reuters) - Rio Tinto said on Wednesday

that it will acquire Arcadium Lithium ( ARLTF ) in an all-cash

transaction, valuing the latter at $6.7 billion.
