Rio2 Raises $14 Million Via a Brokered Private Placement Share Financing

01:56 PM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rio2 ( RIOFF ) on Wednesday said it closed brokered private placement of shares that raised $14 million.

The company 6.3-million shares priced at $2.22 each were sold to investors residing in Peru and Chile.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate needs.

Shares of the company were last seen down 2.4% at $2.8 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Price: 2.79, Change: -0.08, Percent Change: -2.79
