Riot Platforms' Bitcoin Production Fell 41% in April

11:11 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Riot Platforms ( RIOT ) said Monday its April bitcoin production declined 41% to 375 from 639 a year earlier.

Average daily bitcoin output fell to 12.5 from 21.3 a year earlier.

Bitcoin holdings increased 25% to 8,872 from 7,112.

The company's shares rose 2.1% in recent trading Monday.
