Riot Platforms' March Bitcoin Production Fell 39% From a Year Earlier

10:26 AM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Riot Platforms ( RIOT ) said Thursday its March bitcoin production fell 39% to 425 from 695 a year earlier.

The company said its average bitcoin production was 13.7 a day, down from 22.4 a year earlier.

Bitcoin holdings rose 20% to 8,490 from 7,072 a year earlier.

Shares of Riot Platforms ( RIOT ) were up more than 4% in recent Thursday trading.
