09:10 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Riskified ( RSKD ) said Tuesday it has launched Dispute Resolve, an AI-powered tool designed to automate and streamline chargeback management for merchants, for Shopify ( SHOP ) .

The company said the platform features a real-time dashboard that integrates with multiple payment gateways and an AI-driven evidence editor that reduces case preparation time to five minutes from over 30 minutes, allowing merchants to submit evidence and manage chargebacks.

Riskified ( RSKD ) said the tool also helps protect the full e-commerce lifecycle, including fraud prevention and abuse protection, helping merchants recover revenue and improve efficiency.

Brands such as Skullcandy are already using the Riskified Shopify app, the company added.
