Riskified Swings to Q3 Adjusted Profit, Revenue Climbs; 2024 Revenue Guidance Increased

07:31 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Riskified ( RSKD ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.03 per diluted share, swinging from an adjusted loss of $0.02 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected earnings of $0.02.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $78.8 million, up from $71.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $75.1 million.

For 2024, the e-commerce fraud consulting firm raised its revenue outlook to be between $322 million and $327 million from its prior outlook of $320 million to $325 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $321.7 million.

The company also authorized the repurchase of up to $75 million of the company's shares, adding to its existing $150 million authorization, of which about $140 million has already been utilized.

Shares of Riskified ( RSKD ) rose more than 16% in recent premarket activity.
