03:31 AM EDT, 07/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rivian Automotive ( RIVN ) has priced its offering of 75 million common shares at $15.50 each for total gross proceeds of $1.2 billion, the company said late Tuesday.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 11.3 million common shares.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing is expected to occur on Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.
