Rivian Automotive Prices $1.25 Billion Senior Notes

04:47 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rivian Automotive ( RIVN ) said late Wednesday that the company and its co-issuers priced a $1.25 billion private offering of 10% senior secured green notes due 2031.

The company said it will use the net proceeds to help redeem $1.25 billion of floating rate senior secured notes due 2026.

Rivian expects to close the offering on June 12.
