RLI CFO Todd Bryant to Retire

04:56 PM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RLI (RLI) said late Thursday Chief Financial Officer Todd Bryant will retire from his post on Dec. 31.

Bryant will be succeeded by Chief Investment Officer & Treasurer Aaron Diefenthaler, effective Jan. 1, 2026, the company said.

Bryant will remain in an advisory role until mid-2026 to support during the transition period, it added.
