RMR Files $500 Million Mixed Shelf

05:57 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RMR Group ( RMR ) late Thursday filed a preliminary prospectus for potential sale of up to $500 million of class A common stock, preferred stock, depository shares, debt securities and warrants.

The company will use the proceeds from such offerings for general corporate purposes, until specified at the time of offering.
