10:50 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Roadzen ( RDZN ) said Monday it has struck a deal to sell about 1.7 million shares at $1.30 per share to an institutional investor in a registered direct offering.

The offering is set to close around July 29, with Maxim Group as the placement agent, the firm said.

Shares of the company were down about 16% in recent trading.
