01:52 PM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Roadzen ( RDZN ) shares fell 27% in recent Thursday trading the company agreed in principle with Mizuho Securities USA to extend the maturity of its $11.5 million 15% senior secured notes by one year to Dec. 31, 2025.

The extension remains subject to final agreements and conditions, Roadzen ( RDZN ) said Thursday in a statement.
