08:45 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Robin Energy ( RBNE ) said Thursday it priced an offering of about 5.8 million shares at $1.30 each, equal to a 31.6% discount relative to the stock's Wednesday closing price, for gross proceeds of $7.5 million.

The company said it granted underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to 865,385 additional shares.

Robin Energy ( RBNE ) said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering, expected to close Friday, for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company were down more than 41% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
