08:59 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Robinhood Markets ( HOOD ) said Monday it filed an initial registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for Robinhood Ventures Fund I, a closed-end fund designed to give retail investors exposure to private companies.

The company said the fund will be managed by Robinhood Ventures DE, a newly formed, wholly-owned subsidiary.

Shares of the fund are expected to trade on the NYSE under the RVI ticker after the SEC declares the registration effective, the company said.

Retail investors will be able to trade shares of the fund through brokerages such as Robinhood Financial, the company said.
