04:03 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Robinhood Markets' ( HOOD ) closed-end fund Robinhood Ventures Fund II ( RVII ) has priced its initial public offering of 8 million common shares at $25 each, the company said Thursday.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.2 million shares.

The offering will bring the total fund size to $225.5 million, or to $255.5 million should underwriters exercise their options to purchases the additional 1.2 million shares, the company said.

The stock is anticipated to debut Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "RVII."

Closing is expected to occur on Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.
