08:33 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Roblox ( RBLX ) reported a Q2 net loss Thursday of $0.41 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.32 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.36.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.08 billion, up from $893.5 million a year earlier.
Analysts' revenue estimate was not readily available for comparison.
The company said it expects Q3 revenue to be in the range of $1.11 billion and $1.16 billion.
Revenue for the current year is now expected to be between $4.39 billion and $4.49 billion, the company said. That compares with its previous projection of $4.29 billion and $4.37 billion.
Shares of the company were up 18% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
