07:20 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said Monday it has signed a joint venture agreement with JW Group and Ferox Investments to establish the Robo.ai Industrial City in Dubai's Industrial City.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

This cooperation is meant to foster the launch of projects in unmanned electric aircraft, autonomous delivery robots, and other smart devices and terminals.

Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said it will contribute expertise in product technology, supply chain integration, and intellectual property, while JW Group will provide land, facilities, and other local resources, and Ferox Investments will contribute commercial, marketing, and branding services.

Shares of Robo.ai ( AIIO ) were up around 7.5% in recent premarket activity.
