07:47 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said Friday it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Dubai-based digital bank Zand Bank that aims to integrate Robo.ai's ( AIIO ) intelligent hardware ecosystem with Zand Bank's regulated digital financial system.

The collaboration targets to address payment and compliance challenges in the "machine economy," focusing on Emirati-dirham stablecoin payments, Internet of Things asset custody, and Real World Asset tokenization, Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said.
