Robo.ai to Form Commercial Vehicle JV With Pakistan's JW Group; Shares Up Pre-Bell

05:55 AM EDT, 09/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said Monday it will form a commercial vehicle joint venture with Pakistan's JW Group.

The venture will be called RoBUS and based in the United Arab Emirates. It plans to develop customized products for the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said River Zhang will serve as chief industrial officer of the company and president of RoBUS.

Robo.ai ( AIIO ) shares were up nearly 16% in recent premarket activity.
