10:46 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said Tuesday a consortium led by Burkhan Capital has committed to invest $300 million in the company.

The investment will be used to develop its global platform, which integrates smart devices into a AI-enabled ecosystem populated by blockchain, the company said.

The transaction is expected to close within the next 30 calendar days, Robo.ai ( AIIO ) said.

The shares were up more than 21% in recent trading.
